20,944 sq. ft. professional, medical office building completed as first of three sister buildings in master plan developed working with long-term Client on 5-acre site adjacent to established Medical Park.  Includes expansion of adjacent Northwest Arkansas Pediatric Clinic with new ‘well’ clinic facilities encompassing 70% of the ground floor, an Imaging Suite with a state-of-the-art 3-tesla MRI installation, and remaining area and upper level providing for new corporate offices for Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas.
