Multiple clinics have been developed for this on-going Client including 13,000 sq. ft. plus renovated facility in a former retail grocery store building, a new 3,650 sq. ft. two doctor clinic and a 6,000 sq. ft., four-doctor clinic in Northwest Arkansas.  Design-build, cost-plus approach utilized for all facilities which are complete with exam rooms, x-ray and laboratory facilities, physicians’ offices, and administrative support spaces.
